Mr. Edward W. Rowan, Sr.
Founder

Mr. Rowan's involvement with plastics and packaging started in 1937 and lead to the opening of Parkway Plastics in 1951. He founded Parkway Plastics, Inc. for the express purpose of designing, manufacturing, and marketing stock plastic jars and closures for the Packaging Industry. Mr. Rowan, Sr. retired from Parkway in 1987. In December of 1999, Mr Rowan was inducted into the Plastics Hall of Fame, at the national Plastics Museum in Leominster, Ma.

Mr. Edward W. Rowan, Jr.
President

Mr. Rowan holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, and joined Parkway in 1969 as an engineer. Mr Rowan became President of Parkway in 1980 and Chairman in 1987.

Mr. Gary Minor
Senior Vice President

 

Mr. Minor came to Parkway in 1980 from the steel industry, bringing with him an extensive background in Production Management and Plant Operations.

Ms. Debbie Coyle
Vice President of Production

Ms. Coyle joined Parkway in the Customer Service Department 1986. Since then, Debbie has served in the areas of General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Purchasing, Quality Control, Production Control, Shipping Management and Production Management. Ms Coyle became Vice President of Production in 2000.


Mrs. Mary K. Rowan
Secretary-Treasurer

 
Mrs. Rowan came from the Medical Profession to join Parkway in 1977. Mrs. Rowan's organizational and management experience includes the creation of the first Intensive Care Unit at St Michael's Hospital in Milwakee, WI., where she was their first Charge Nurse. Since changing careers, Mrs Rowan has served as Customer Service Manager, Data Processing Manager, and Office Manager at Parkway.

Mr. Ned Rowan
Distributor Relations

Mr. Rowan holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Colgate University and has completed post-graduate work in finance and accounting at Oxford's Saïd Business School, in conjunction with Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business, and at New York University. Prior to joining Parkway Plastics, Inc. in 2003, Ned Rowan worked for Wells Fargo Securities in equity sales and trading. There he was responsible for supporting 5 Institutional Equity Salesmen and had a significant role in establishing Wells Fargo's name and their flagship office in New York City. He specialized in the Retail, Gaming, Semiconductor, Software, EDA, Biotech and Medical Technology Sectors.
